Kurn Hattin To Host 2013 Invitational Cross Country Meets

Kurn Hattin To Host Invitational Cross Country Meets

Westminster-Kurn Hattin Homes will be hosting the 2013 Invitational Cross-Country Meets in September and October. Kurn Hattin is located on Kurn Hattin Road in Westminster, Vermont. The meets are on Wednesdays, September 18th, and October 2nd. Walking the course starts at 3:30 p.m. and the meet starts at 4:00 p.m.

 The events are open to girls and boys, grades 1-8 at no cost.

Division I is 6, 7, 8 year-olds for a half mile course.

Division II is 9, 10, 11 year-olds for a one mile course.

Division III is 12, 13 & 14 year-olds for a mile and a half (dirt & grass) course.

Ribbons will be awarded for first, second and third place finishers in each division for boys and girls. All runners are given a participation ribbon.

This event is sponsored by the Kurn Hattin Athletic Department. Organizations can sign up for one, two or all three meets.

Food & drink concession will be available. No Entry fee.
